Trainee Logistics Management (m/f/x)

As a Trainee Logistik Management (m/w/x), you will become part of our 18-month ASPIRE Trainee program and gain deep insight into our dynamic logistics projects and processes. Together we shape the logistics world of tomorrow and realize global supply chain solutions in an international team. From 06.10.2025, you will be immersed in the diverse tasks of our warehouses in various applications at our locations such as Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Langenhagen or Dortmund. So we prepare you for your manager position in the department Warehouse or in project management. Are you on it?

Warehouse logistics from the Pike! You also run through all areas of our warehouses abroad (incoming goods, picking, return and goods delivery) in several locations in Germany and (on request) Get to know the various business units TECH, Healthcare and Consumer Products, including their special features, priorities and challenges of different logistics environments One of your operations will also lead you to Logistics Engineering, where you will get deeper insights into logistics and warehouse planning First management experience: You will learn comprehensive knowledge in our operational logistics processes and will also receive the opportunity to assume first leadership responsibility Various personnel development programmes: We support your time as a trainee through our Logistics Leadership program, communication training and much more

Successfully completed studies (or shortly before) in the field of logistics, supply chain management or a comparable degree programme First practical experience in warehouse logistics, e.g. in the form of internships, student work or training ambition, analytical and conceptual thinking and passion for logistics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
