Compilation of evaluations and presentations on topics related to training and personnel development

Takeover of own talent management projects

Recruiting: Accompanying the operational candidate management and in particular communication with applicants

Screening of application documents and preselection of candidates

Support in planning and implementation (virtual) Interview days

Support in preparation and implementation of recruiting events

Support in the design and implementation of onboarding for new employees

Ad-hoc topics like the creation of various presentation documents

Ensuring smooth operational processes

If necessary or interested: Support within another task field (e.g. Marketing, External Supplier) of the Operations Team

The activity can begin from summer semester 2026.

Studies in one of the following courses (probably from the third semester) or a comparable qualification: Economics, ideally with a focus on human resources / human resources management, adult education, psychology

German and English language skills in word and writing

Safe handling of MS Office Tools (especially Power Point, Excel, Teams and Outlook)

Impressed communication skills and initiative

Careful, structured and solution-oriented operation

First practical experience in a large company
