A completed training or study in the fields of education, medical education, social education/work, childhood education or a comparable field Drive for development – with yourself and the people around you A real feeling for others: listening, feeling, understanding – without drama, with attitude Interest in fair, constructive conflict solutions and desire to tackle processes courageously and creatively This self-evident “I’m making it easy” mintset – authentic, not put on driving licence class B & own car And above all, a respectful, clear way that keeps relationships real and does not use appreciation as a flea
