You take on the independent supervision and advice of the Executive Board in all personal matters and ensure a professional and trusted HR service for our Executive Board members You accompany and develop contract, remuneration and Benefits topics at the board level and take care of the creation and examination of contracts and additional agreements You support the implementation and documentation of corporate governance requirements in the HR environment and take over the coordination and content of the compensation report You act as an interface to internal and external consultants, in particular remuneration experts, lawyers and compliance In consultation with various stakeholders, you will take over the content of preparation and follow-up as well as responsibility for the results of personnel topics at committee meetings / Human Resources Committees You first write reports, analyses and decision templates for the Management Board / Top Management and accompany projects on strategic HR topics in this area

You have relevant professional experience in the HR sector with the focus on board matters, such as management and committee support from professional HR perspective, management contracts, board remuneration, relevant reporting obligations, etc. You have completed a degree in the field of law and know yourself with the German Corporate Governance Code and other relevant legal provisions of listed companies You bring experience in the professional and trustful handling of superiors and supervisors and have strong analytical skills to interpret and prepare KPI's You attach importance to a result-oriented and structured way of working, drawing on you through implementation strength and a high level of commitment and initiative You have knowledge of German and very good English skills in connection with a sovereign handling of the current MS Office products
