Number: MER0003UO5 The Mercedes-Benz Cars Procurement & Supplier Quality (MP) division is responsible for an annual purchase volume in the double-digit billion range as well as the quality of all vehicles. Process management, risk management, cost management and digitalization for the MP area are centrally located at the Center MP/B (model series management and planning/control purchasing). All methods, processes and systems of MP are continuously improved and developed in our Center. With our daily use we help to let the star shine brighter! In the “processes, procurement and cost management” department, we define the framework conditions for the strategic orientation in purchasing with regard to process and system development as well as responsibility for procurement and cost management. We help our operational specialist purchasing areas get the right tools to positively influence the company's success. These challenges include: Active participation in various projects as part of the process, system and strategy design in purchasing System-side modeling of processes in different areas of themes within the purchase Working with the operational handling of tool processes Development and preparation of presentation documents for top management Pre- and post-processing as well as organization of process-relevant management bodies Participation in the internal communication of the purchase in adjacent departments (development, logistics, controlling) Responsible preparation and presentation of special topics in the team and/or department The activity can begin from February 2026.

Degree in Economics, BWL or a comparable degree programme Practical experience with the creation of presentation documents of advantage Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Engagement, reliability and team capability Analytical thinking and strategic working Communication and presentation capability Enthusiasm for new topics Additional information: It is an indefinite body.
