The Technical Facility Management is an internal service provider for the construction management of education. The focus is on setting construction standards (construction, TGA, energy), quality assurance, consulting and finding best practice solutions. In cooperation with the competent authorities and other stakeholders, basic questions of education are answered and constructive approaches are drawn up. A focus of your task will be the development and implementation of an internal building automation solution. Our offices are located in an attractive city centre location on the Stadthausbrücke, just minutes from Jungfernstieg and City Hall Market.

We are a 20-strong team of interdisciplinary experts:inside, which develops construction standards and advises and supports our operating departments within the framework of construction projects, and carries out quality assurance. Together we make Hamburg's schools fit for the future with innovative solutions. Current topics that concern us are climate change & the implementation of the Hamburg climate plan and CO2 savings. Together in a team with two other building automation experts, you will take on the following tasks: They develop innovative, technical standard solutions for building technology and automation of the Hamburg Schools. They provide technical quality assurance in the planning and execution phases of our construction projects. They are main contact partners:in for internal construction managers:inside and external planners:inside for all questions about building automation. They create cost-effectiveness comparisons of various technical variants for the development of building standards and project-related decision-making aids. They advise in building projects on complex technical topics and accompany GA pilot projects such as software developments for GA standardization in our buildings.
