Support of the project manager (TPL) IPS in project management and coordination Cross-disciplinary and cross-group coordination of work packages as direct contact for the TPL Identification and assessment of risks from work packages and active participation in minimisation Ensuring the quality objectives, creation and maintenance of the production plan in accordance with applicable work instructions Assessment of changes, comments and claims based on defined baselines for material information Creation and presentation of monthly reports on work packages Provision of framework conditions for external services and coordination and technical support for QS in UAN and specialist department delivery services Definition of test criteria and test depth in coordination with relevant bodies

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, shipbuilding or a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management, naval logistics and ILS documentation Safe handling of project and contract management methods and MS Project Experience in the creation and processing of claims (e.g. in SAP) Strong communication, team-oriented and convincing in appearance Presentation strength as well as very good knowledge in English and ideally Portuguese
