In this position, you manage user accounts and access rights across the entire lifecycle – from creation to deactivation. You set up new jobs, provide hardware and software and ensure a smooth start for new employees. In addition, assign permissions and group policies and provide a clean, comprehensible structure in identity and access management. You support and optimise existing solutions around ACMP kiosk systems and other EUC platforms. As part of process improvements, you develop automation solutions to make standard tasks more efficient in user and device management. You document processes, maintain system data up-to-date and work closely with the departments to optimally implement requirements.

You have completed training or studies in the IT field (e.g. specialist:in system integration, computer science, etc.). Professional experience in the administration of client and user environments (Windows, Active Directory) will help you. Knowledge of the automation of user processes (e.g. with PowerShell or comparable tools) is advantageous. You have a good understanding of IT service processes, authorization management and end user support. A structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as the pleasure of standardization and automation are what you want. Communication strength, service orientation and team capacity complete your profile.
