Building construction technician or architect for digital construction project management (m/f/d)

As a project team member, you will take over the expertise for your department You work closely with the project managers and other participants in the team on our projects. You take over the function of the administrator for digital project rooms and internal storage systems You ensure the planning and implementation of the BIM-based processes in the respective project and drive the further development of the BIM strategy in the BLB NRW You support the responsible project management during project completion and ongoing project documentation You work in the field of auditing and processing (e.g. in SAP) You support the department in the introduction of new IT programs, administration and further development of existing IT programs

You have a successfully completed degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture or a comparable, engineering-scientific discipline or you have a successful degree to the state-tested civil engineering technician/to the state-tested civil engineering technician and an at least six-year relevant professional experience in an activity of engineering blanks (to be documented by work certificates). Further requirements: You have knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) You can demonstrate practical professional experience with Autodesk products (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.) You think analytically, innovatively and independently develop new subject areas You like to work on a future-oriented basis and are interested in digitization processes You are able to run a service car and have a valid class B licence You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51,000,00 € – approx. 77,100,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees. A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
