With about 40 employees at three locations, the company is one of the established providers of customized solutions in the field of power plant and waste incineration plants. As part of a group of companies, you will support two operating companies in this role and report directly to the management. You assume the overall responsibility for finance and purchasing and lead a small, experienced team with four employees. Construction & further development of commercial control for two GmbHs Professional & disciplinary leadership of four employees (booking & purchasing) Full responsibility for financial accounting incl. Debitors, creditors, asset accounting and payment transactions Financial planning, cash flow monitoring & management reporting Creation of monthly and annual accounts by HGB Tax settlement & cooperation with tax advisors & auditors Ensuring liquidity, payment transactions & management reporting Optimization of purchasing processes & support in contract negotiations Sparring partner of the management in business matters

Experience gained in financial and accounting and purchasing First leadership experience or clear willingness to take over responsibility Knowledge of HGB, Tax Law & ideally DATEV Embossed entrepreneurial thinking & structured working Communication strength, team orientation & hands-on mentality
