On behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, we develop, implement and manage sustainable and cost-stable large-scale projects, buildings and facilities for the Hamburg Schools, universities, regional clients and sports. In the field of education, further sites are planned throughout the city. As a member of a small project team, one of our major educational projects will be able to manage the completion of demand planning and transfer to the tenant: They take over the coordination of project specifications regarding organisation, communication and documentation. They analyze, evaluate and control external planning in terms of quality, quantity, costs and dates. At the project level, you act as a central interface for communication between demand providers, future users, building operators and affected third parties.
