Their tasks in the care of employees are: Contact person for executives and employees in all personal topics as well as tariff and labour law issues in your field of care Responsibility for new recruitment, further employment and change agreements Preparation and implementation of personnel measures Gross Fixed Costs and Grouping Assessment Cooperation with the Staff Council Support for cross-departmental support tasks

You have a university degree in the field of human resources management (Bachelor) or in a comparable field, as well as the first professional experience possible in the field of personal care, knowledge in the field of labour law, good knowledge of English, a secure handling of MS-Office and ideally experiences with SAP/HCM, an independent, solution-oriented approach, a binding occurrence, a high level of commitment and social competence. Knowledge of tariff law (TV-L, TVöD) as well as of the right of time (TzBfG, WissZeitVG) are desirable.
