The Stiftung Nieder-Ramstädter Diakonie (NRD) has been supporting people for over 120 years. Senior Consultant (m/w/d) In our residential group „Nieder-Beerbacher Straße 35“ on the idyllicly situated Sonnenhof in Mühltal live 10 adults with mental and partly physical impairments. The group is divided into four modernly designed separate apartments with access to a common large garden. A thematic focus of our work is dealing with challenging behaviors. Our aim is also to give people with complex behavioural problems and associated burdens for the environment and also for those affected, a home that conveys security and support, as well as sustainable and understanding relationships.

How does your day look like • Together with experienced professionals, you will ensure a reliable daily routine with empathy and humour and create the leisure of our clients • If necessary, ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our clients • In direct collaboration with exciting people, individual requirements and have fun to change • For the best possible fulfillment of the needs of our clients, you will work in close cooperation on collaborative collaborative collaborators, e.g. specialist consulting or specialist care, which will assist you in your work • The documentation of care services is also part of your task
