From 01.08.2026 we are looking for a pedagogical specialist OGS (m/w/d) indefinitely and in parttime (19.5 hours) for our OGS facilities with a work place in Lünen. Reliable work with the OGS leadership and the school staff Planning and implementation of the pedagogical work through individual and group offers Observation and documentation of the individual child and the group (e.g. portfolio) Developing plans and structures according to the needs and interests of the children Developing the spatial concept and implementing its responsibilities with the statutory supervisory requirements for all children also digital participation in training and readiness to supervisions Willingness to participate in working groups Working in the preparation and further development of the OGS concepts Home Economic tasks and accompanying lunch Participation in meetings of the establishment Create reports and protocols (e.g. service meetings, parent talks) A completed training to/from the state-approved educator or comparable qualifications Skill for independent work and flexibility Pleasure to work in the team and work with children and families Willingness to continue and further training Advanced guidance certificate without an entry willingness to comply with the internal protection concept Identification with the principles and guidelines of the workers' welfare
