You understand that you recognize project and financing risks at an early stage and assess them in the context of credit decisions You analyze the real estate portfolios and real estate projects in the new and existing business You are central contact persons and coordinate specialists, such as property assessment, insurance and market success Ensuring proper, efficient and service-oriented performance within the team.
