Gröber GmbH is a company that started as a 2-man company in July 2016 and has already 35 employees. Together with subcontractors, up to 100 technicians are employed by us. We realize large-scale industrial projects as well as commercial and residential properties in the area of heating, sanitary, air conditioning and ventilation. You contribute to the smooth design of the technical processes and ensure the satisfaction of our customers: women through high-quality work.

You monitor the progress of work at the construction site and ensure quality assurance while at the same time you keep in mind the technical and functional decreases in construction performance Your responsibility is to order materials for the project-related construction site so that everything goes smoothly Your leadership skills are used to guide and motivate the assigned personnel in the project You actively contribute to the weekly construction meetings and support the communication between the participants You are responsible for the preparation of offers as well as the processing of supplements to successfully complete the projects

You can either bring a completed master exam in the field of sanitary, heating, air conditioning or look back on several years of professional experience Your Class B licence allows you to be flexible and mobile Self-employed and responsible work characterizes you and is self-evident
