As part of our IT support team, you are the first contact person for private customers with questions about the gaming PC.

2 weeks in Schortens

Your tasks: • You are a contact person for private customers with questions about the PC • You can contact your customers by email, phone or chat with advice and action • You help with questions about Windows operating systems, technical problems and the collection of complaints • In addition, you can help with the initial setup of PCs, notebooks and tablets by phone • This makes you essential to the satisfaction of our customers

Your profile: • You have joy in dealing with people • You are a technology enthusiast and have good IT skills (current hardware and software) • You have good linguistic and written expressiveness • In addition, you bring team skills and continuous learning • Flexibility and willingness to shift work within a 38-hour week (Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00)
