Accompanying the run-up of new customers at the site - focusing on the design and optimization of logistical processes in the WMS (Blue Yonder). Analysis, modelling and optimization of the logistics core processes (incoming goods, storage, commissioning, product output) as part of the new customer implementation. Coordination with internal departments (IT, Operations) and with the customer for defining, evaluating and implementing the requirements. Operational support and configuration in the Blue Yonder system to efficiently map customer-specific processes. Ensuring a smooth transition from the project phase to operational operation and stabilising operations during the first operating months. Creation of process documentation, work instructions and training documents to support the operational teams.

Complete studies in logistics, economic engineering, computer science, business management or comparable. Embossed IT affinity and deep understanding of logistics processes. Experience in process management and warehouse management systems (Blue Yonder knowledge is a plus). Analytical thinking, communication strength and joy in working with different stakeholders. Current knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
