HR Consultant Payroll (m/w/d) Provider of Materials and Manufacturing Solutions

For our clients, a supplier of materials and manufacturing solutions with multiple locations in Germany, we are currently occupying the confidential function of the HR-Referent*in Payroll (m/w/d). Our client serves various industries - from mechanical engineering to automotive to safety-relevant areas - and combines traditional material competence with modern services such as material refinement, storage and digital procurement processes. You bring experiences in the human resources and payroll? Then we look forward to your application! (CSF/127225) You are the first contact person for your employees in all personal topics - from entry to exit. You tax the monthly pay bill (SAP HCM) and make sure that everything is running around - including special payments, data management and accounting You create work contract documents such as contracts, transfers or hearings and keep everything up to date. You work in partnership with the Works Council and other bodies. You will start analyses and evaluations from our HR systems and are responsible for reporting HR key figures. You are responsible for the time recording system and accompany SV checks independently. You communicate proactively, eagerly foresightingly and help us advance our HR team in accounting, administratively and in advisory role. And the best thing: you have space to introduce your ideas and develop processes.

A completed commercial training, ideally complemented by further training in the human resources sector or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in pay billing - with SAP HR. Knowledge of working law and joy in cooperation with the works council. You are IT-affin, safe in Microsoft Office (including Excel incl. S-Verweis & Word) and brings interest in digital HR processes. You work structured, solution-oriented and like to work in the team, but you also have no problem with driving things forward independently. And above all, you have fun advising, accompanying people and moving something together.
