Purpose of Job

Contribute to the attraction and motivation of employees by providing benchmarking information, remuneration analysis and market practice insights. Support the flawless execution of STI and LTI allocations within International Chemicals as well as the annual salary increase processes for International Chemicals globally (outside tariff structures mainly).
