Healthcare Provider Account Manager

International SOS is the world's leading medical and security services company with over 12,000 employees working in 1,000 locations in 90 countries. International SOS Government Services administers the TRICARE Overseas Program providing high-quality, accessible health care services for U.S. Military service members, family members, retirees, and other eligible beneficiaries overseas.

We are looking for a Healthcare Provider Account Manager (known internally as a Provider Network Manager) to oversee our medical provider network in Germany. You will manage key provider relationships, coordinate all stages of the provider lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

You will ensure providers are well-informed, compliant with program requirements, and supported to deliver outstanding care. This includes overseeing provider data accuracy, resolving issues, and implementing client-driven processes.

This is a frontline, provider-facing role requiring strong relationship management, operational understanding, and a solutions-focused mindset. You will engage directly with senior provider stakeholders to drive performance, resolve challenges, and improve service delivery.

Around 50% travel within Germany is required.
