We are looking for a driven Sales Specialist - Surgical to lead territory growth and customer engagement across the region.

• Manage and develop your territory, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer expansion.
• Represent Hologic's gynecological surgical portfolio, positioning innovative solutions with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with gynecologists, surgeons, theatre staff, hospital administration, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Deliver product demonstrations, customer training, and in-theatre support to ensure optimal product utilisation and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships and key accounts.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine territory strategies and maximise growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Clinical, Marketing, and Service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• extensively throughout the territory (approximately 70-80%).
