• As a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect you lead the definition and implementation of governance structures in the ServiceNow ecosystem to drive efficiency and compliance.

• Taking over the role as Enterprise Architect, you play a critical success role in the collaboration with other architects and development team as well as with our upper management to provide technical and strategic guidance related to ServiceNow and other platforms.

• You take ownership of key architectural decisions and IT governance policies with focus on performance, security, and scalability by leading the Architecture Board.

• You oversee the continuous architectural improvements as well as the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring end-to-end interoperability.

• Furthermore, you act as the primary contact for high-level architectural decision proposals, including high-level design documentation and detailed architecture blueprints for our entire portfolio.

• You actively support the professional growth of internal ServiceNow experts by mentorship and coaching.

   Qualifications - Education: completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a comparable course of study

• Experience and Knowledge: multiple years of experience in ServiceNow implementations as well as in architectural design on enterprise level; deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM) and their applications; strong background in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g. Salesforce); proven experience in leading architectural topics on enterprise level within implementation projects from inception to completion and experience in using several architecture frameworks; strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes; proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs; familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Personality and Working Practice: you show excellent communication and interpersonal skill, paired with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; strong organizational and time management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities round off your profile

• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English and German *In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company´s eligibility requirements). The individual salary depends on your job-specific experience. In addition, you will receive a bonus based on the company's success, as well as employer benefits for the Bosch pension plan.
