PMO Sustainable Materials (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Drive & maintain implementation of sustainability initiative tracking tool
• Perform cross-functional coordination of processes and departments, initiates and supports sustainability initiatives for emission reductions and circular materials
• Collaborate closely with Sustainability teams across markets as well as Marketing / Sales / Business Development / Purchasing to steer activities on the advancements and implementation of projects
• Develop and oversee roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g. resource allocation)
• Collaborate with senior management on all aspects of the organization’s sustainability development policies and initiatives
• Advance consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Chemical engineering or a related field
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in sustainability and/or commercial roles in the chemical industry or consulting, ideally with a strong focus on sustainability related projects
• Background and experience in sustainability, marketing or purchasing is a plus
• Excellent understanding of complexity of products, technologies, and value chains required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and passion about driving change and challenging the status quo
• Fluent English language skills, good knowledge of German is an advantage
