We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee and enhance our Operations case management platform and tools, ensuring a stable, effective, and maintainable platform while developing new core features and services to unlock new capabilities and improve customer experience. Our Ops Platforms & AI Enablement team provides essential platforms and tools to support our Operations departments (including Customer Service, Banking back office or FinCrime operations), fostering innovation and efficiency across the organization. We believe in leveraging cutting-edge technology and collaboration to drive operational excellence and deliver superior service to our customers.This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Operations platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new product launches and drive transformative outcomes.
