Service Operations Manager (w/m/d)

The department Customer Services ATC/TRML-4D is responsible for the Integrated Logistics Support and the subsequent Service Support of our military and civilian customers' systems. As part of the product delivery projects, the ILS managers create the basis on which the Service Operations Manager will build the successful ISS contracts.
