Guido Bergmann* is the Hiring Lead you`ll mainly talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives. Guido summarized the role as follows:

 

"We are seeking a Team Lead (gn) for our Inhouse Dynamics 365 CRM Software Development teams. We use the latest Microsoft technologies and agile methods (SCRUM, KANBAN) to develop and quickly adapt to customer, partner, and market needs, achieving short time-to-market cycles."

 

Key responsibilities:

• Interpersonal and disciplinary management of software developers and consultants globally.
• Coordinate and develop the teams strategically to ensure effective collaboration  and up to date in working methodology and processes
• Set up and recruiting new developers/consultants for the 365 CRM platform together with Talent Acquisition team.
• Support the team members in their personal development as well as in the fulfilment of their operational tasks, in order to achieve the ambitious goals of SoftwareOne
• Establish and improve the software engineering processes together with the teams
• You participate in the design, implementation, documentation and testing of software solutions - in other words, you know what it's all about
• Take ownership for compliance with quality assurance processes
• Handle external service providers when needed.
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to develop efficient solutions for internal customers.

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Profound experience in leading exciting CRM projects
• Validated leadership skills.
• Good overview of current capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM cloud platform incl. Power Platform
• Used to work with modern software engineering practices in low-/no-code environments
• Overview in sales process design and implementation
• Expertise in agile methodologies (SCRUM and KANBAN).
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English.
• Committed to quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Passionate about enabling and growing people.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and solve problems efficiently.
• Highly self-motivated, results oriented, work independently, assume ownership (You built it, you run it.).
