-WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT-

In our unit you be responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining innovative digital solutions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and maintenance of high-quality digital products. You develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of the digital products.

· You collaborate with product stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and assess the time and resources needed for these work packages. · You develope and maintain digital products by writing efficient and well-documented code while participating in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices, enabling solutions to adapt to changing conditions. · Through ongoing monitoring and testing, you ensure the quality, scalability, and performance of developed products, while also implementing security measures and access controls to maintain confidentiality and compliance. · In addition, you troubleshoot issues, optimize solutions for improved response times and stability, provide support in resolving any emerging problems, and document the development progress. · You focus on identifying, extracting, modeling, and presenting data from various internal and external sources, while also actively participating in and contributing to development communities at BASF.

-WHAT YOU OFFER-

· university degree in Computer Science or a comparable area · professional expertise in software developement in at least two similar positions · frist leadership experience and working within digitial teams · know how in programming languages, data and function modelling and good testing skills · strong communication skills in English, German would be an advantage
