The Defence Practice Leader, Risk Consulting Europe, will play a pivotal role in expanding Marsh's presence across the European defence market. This leadership position involves developing and scaling the Defence Industry proposition, building and strengthening senior client relationships, and delivering innovative risk consulting solutions. The role requires at least 7 years of relevant experience in defence, national security, government advisory, or risk consulting, with deep sector insight and expertise in key defence-related risk areas. Strong leadership, business development, and executive communication skills are essential. The position is based in Germany, with significant responsibility across Europe, and requires fluency in German and English. Additional European languages are advantageous.
