We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "PMO & Procurement Support" (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Support Cost Reduction Initiatives, e.g. conduct detailed investigations as well as come up with strategies to group design changes effectively
- Identify Cost-Saving Levers like uncover opportunities to reduce costs associated with commercial negotiations for these design changes
- Coordinate Stakeholder Reviews, e.g. organizes and lead project reviews with diverse stakeholders as well as works in a cross-functional team that includes other Airbus subsidiaries and the cabin suppliers
- End-to-End Project Control
- Negotiation of technical quotes for design changes in the aircraft cabin perimeter
- Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM (Materials Management system) and other Airbus Procurement tools
- Create and follow-up Purchase Orders
- Follow-up payment of invoices and payment to suppliers
- Support buyers in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools
- Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
- Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools
Your profile:
- Completed further training as a technician/ specialist in industrial engineering, business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
- More than two years of professional experience in the field of project Management
- More than one year of professional experience in the field of Commercial clerical processing
- First Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Fluent in English
- German is an advantage
