For our Department Digital-Technology , we are looking for a Manager Advanced Analytics & MLOps (f/m/d). The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Head of Data & AI.

In our Data & AI Team, we seamlessly blend classical data analytics with cutting-edge methodologies like GenAI to craft innovative solutions. The Manager Advanced Analytics and MLOps will lead a team of Data Scientists dedicated to pushing the boundaries of data science and operationalizing machine learning models.

The Data Scientists are currently driving impactful projects such as Cement Strength Prediction, Predictive Maintenance, and a computer vision project for Biodiversity KPIs. Alongside the Advanced Analytics and MLOps team, we have a GenAI Team, a Hyperautomation team, and two Data Analytics teams, each contributing uniquely to our dynamic environment.
