ICS Expert (m/f/d)

Here's what you can look forward to:

In this role you play a key role in shaping, enhancing, and embedding the Internal Control System (ICS) across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Process Excellence, you will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Trading, Treasury, Sales, Information Security, and Operations to strengthen the control environment, drive process improvements, and ensure effective risk management.
You will not only maintain and monitor the ICS framework but actively contribute to its further development by designing pragmatic controls, optimizing processes, and implementing sustainable governance structures that support the company's growth and compliance objectives.
