We're looking for a seasoned frontend engineer to pioneer our enterprise-wide design system as the team's first full-time member. In this highly impactful role, you'll lay the foundation for a scalable, resilient, and forward-looking UI component library built on React. You'll take ownership of the design system's architecture, maintenance, and strategic direction, shaping both its technical and cultural evolution.

Your work will bridge the gap between design and development: you'll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams within and beyond our organization to foster an open, inclusive, and collaborative design culture. The Software Factory is secunet's innovation program, designed to provide the technical means to develop entirely new product classes.
