Our Corporate / M&A teams advise leading corporates, financial sponsors, insurers and financial institutions on their most complex and predominantly cross‑border corporate transactions. Our team brings together specialists from a broad range of disciplines.

Key focus areas of our Corporate / M&A practice

• Cross‑border acquisitions, private equity investments, mergers, joint ventures and transactions in regulated markets
• Corporate reorganisations and the design and optimisation of group structures
• Advising corporate bodies on strategic decisions and on complex issues of corporate governance, directors' duties and compliance
