Job Summary
As a key member of the West HR and recruiting team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of West. By identifying and attracting top talent to West for entry and mid-level roles, this recruiting specialist will have the opportunity to play a key role as the organization grows and transforms. This individual will become a partner with client stakeholders, including the site HR team, and will work to develop, communicate and execute jointly on recruiting plans to support the site. He/She will be responsible for recruitment execution that efficiently manages the full life cycle recruiting process and helps achieve a seamless, positive candidate and client experience no matter what the hiring decision might be. Ultimately, he/she will assist West in efficiently delivering on its talent needs to achieve our immediate and future business goals.
