The Bioprocess Account Manager (d/f/m) is pivotal in driving customer success in alignment with Cytiva's strategy. You will own and manage the overall customer relationship across your accounts, serving as the primary contact between the company and its customers. Your role involves growing the business by understanding the market, being familiar with customer needs, and having in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio.
This position is a temporary role due to parental leave, lasting until April 2026. The role reports to the Bioprocess Territory Manager for Central South and is part of the Bioprocess Sales DACH team. It offers the flexibility of being fully remote.
- Understand and map the structure of customer contacts within selected accounts, forming strong business relationships by regular customer field visits to understand the customer's business issues and challenges.
