Regional Field Marketing Manager – HVACR (m/f/d)

Johnson Controls is a global leader in thermal management, mission-critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization. In EMEA, marketing is a growth engine, and our field marketing teams play a central role in turning strategy into pipeline through performance-led execution.

For this role, you will help drive localized marketing impact across Germany & CEE for our HVAC-R portfolio, including offerings such as York and Sabroe, while partnering closely with sales, partners, global campaign teams, and the wider EMEA marketing organization.
