As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for a Scrum Master (f/m/d) in full-time for our renowned customer in Hamburg.

Tasks:

• Facilitate Scrum Events – Organize and lead Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
• Coach on Agile Principles – Support the team, Product Owner, and organization in adopting Agile best practices
• Remove Impediments – Identify and eliminate obstacles to keep the team focused and productive
• Foster Team Collaboration – Encourage a self-organizing, high-performing team environment
• Ensure Goal Prioritization – Help the team focus on delivering the most valuable outcomes, such as MVPs (Minimum Viable Products)

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technical Studies, or Business Informatics
• German and English (business fluent)
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methods
• Affinity for AI and digitalization is a plus
