Commercial Development Manager / Real Estate Space Conversion (m/f/d)

AROUNDTOWN Commercial Properties (ATCP) is the asset management platform for Aroundtown SA, the largest listed commercial real estate company in Germany. ATCP acts as owner representative thus managing, leasing and optimising the commercial real estate portfolio, which, in addition to typical office properties, also includes industrial, logistics and retail properties. In addition to our company headquarters in Berlin, Aroundtown Commercial Properties holds branch offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hanover and Leipzig. At Aroundtown, we are building a first-mover platform for large-scale space conversions. Our Conversion Unit combines strategic portfolio steering with hands-on execution, unlocking value through repositioning, energy transformation and innovative use cases across one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios.

The Commercial Development function drives the commercial logic and portfolio-level value creation of the Conversion Unit. The role focuses on identifying scalable use-cases, initiating economically viable conversion strategies and orchestrating the early project phases to create decision-ready opportunities.
