Product Manager Building Engineering & Prefabrication - Europe (d/f/m)

Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the facade construction, window installation and prefabrication
Take responsibility for portfolio steering and development to expand business
Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities
Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors)
Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space

University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related scientific field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Project experience or Technical Sales, ideally in adhesives and/or construction materials
Strong technical knowledge in adhesive technologies and applications relevant to facade construction and window installation
Proven strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record in business growth and transformation with customer- oriented mindset
Fluent German and English skills
