Product Management and Support Systems Engineer (all gender)

Make it happen YOU...

• supervise and support engineering applications in close co-operation with the design and development departments and the IT departments involved
• are the interface between the Methods Tools departments (specification of business requirements), IM Architecture (specification of the technical architecture, taking into account the IM strategy and infrastructure) and IM Operations (development and operation of the application)
• are responsible for the design and management of the support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering area
• analyse and specifiy the business requirements and coordinate activities as part of the management of change processes
• support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications
• define and monitor the important indicators of the support process

• have completed studies or training in the IT sector
• have relevant professional experience in a similar position
• have sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as IT architectures, components and programming paradigms
• are experienced with the technical support of applications in the aviation sector
• have ideally knowledge of the Airbus/Airbus Helicopters project process
• have English skills (business fluent)
